Imani Jafaar Mohammad
Imani Jafaar Mohammad is a Staff Attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis
in the Housing Unit. She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law
and her B.A. in English Literature magna cum laude from the University of
Minnesota- Twin Cities. Imani is a board member of the William Mitchell Alumni
Committee, a board member of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, a member of the
William Mitchell Women in Law Committee, and she participates in the college's mentor
program. Imani is also a speaker for the Islamic Resource Group and a board member
of the Muslim Youth Leadership Scholarship Award Program.
She has spoken at several venues including the Minnesota Education Conference,
the Minnesota Department of Human Rights Day, Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights
Continuing Education Programs, and she has been featured in Minnesota Law
and Politics magazine and many other notable events.
Imam Safi Khan
Safi Khan, is the founder and Imam of Dar-us-Salaam and Al-Huda School in College
Park, MD. He holds a degree in Economics. He has studied with world-renowned scholars
in Saudi Arabia and has also attended Al-Azhar University in Cairo and Imam Muhammad
ibn Saud University in Riyadh. He is well studied in matters of fiqh, tafsir and seerah.
He has been a prominent da'ee, family and youth counselor in the Washington DC metropolitan
area for the last 20 years. He has multiple cds and tapes out on numerous Islamic topics.

Dan Rudman
M.A. in Theology/Christian studies. Currently working on
further post-graduate work. Involved in full-time Christian missions
and speaking for 22 years. Married 25 years with six children. Lived
here in Lawrence since 1995. My work consists of helping people think
through the questions and answers of life. I have spoken in a number of
different countries, to 100's of various groups; from men's
conferences,
universities, prisons, to a variety of leadership groups. I have had
serious discussions with 1000's of individuals from many diverse
backgrounds on the serious questions of life. When not meeting with
people, I am either enjoying my family, studying, or spending time
enjoying the wild outdoors.
Aishah Elinor Holland
Aishah Elinor Holland obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religious
Studies from Temple University and studied Arabic at the University of
Pennsylvania. She completed a summer program at the Center for Arabic
Studies at the University of Cairo. She has been a student of both Arabic
and English calligraphy for over 20 years. Since 1988 she has been a student
of Khatt with the master calligrapher Ustadh Mohamed Zakariya, and has been
teaching Islamic calligraphy to students of all ages at schools, museums and
other learning institutions since 1994. Her freelance work includes private
commissions and commercial pieces.
Robert Pinsince
Robert Pinsince was born and raised in Junction City, KS and raised in a
Catholic home. Attended Catholic school for 5 years and practiced this
religion until I was 21. At that time I started practicing more as a Protestant
Christian until the age of 24. He has attended community college for business,
and also attended the American Open University for Islamic studies.
